Why KaKnitter

Today I thought of my dear Dad. He passed away in 2004, I miss him so. I today said, I am starting a blog, cause he always called Me "KaKnitter", why? I don't know. He always was so special in my knitting. I look back now I wish I made for him, he always appreciated anything I made. I remember April 2, 1982, he retired from the shop he was working. I made him a hat with that date on it and he loved it, he always wore it. I am going to see if it is still sitting at the house. I pray it is. I made him sweaters, he wore them...even if they looked crappy. Wool was my love but hard to fine...he loved my creations.

KaKnitter why KaKnitter

Why KaKnitter. My dad use to call me that all the time. I love knitting and he supported me allthe way. See, I have had eye problems since I was small. I was born with Amblyopia and they caught it to late, so, I only see out of one Eye. I was gonna call this blog, the one eye knitter but I changed it cause I did not like it like the KaKnitter.
Knitting is a passion! Will show my latest creations plus insight on how anyone can knit along. Will show yarn, needles and loves of the fiber arts from Spinning, knitting, Crocheting and how to enjoy life!
